This Privacy Policy applies to the service available at demo.vissync.co and explains how T Connect Solution Co., Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use VisSync Demo.

1. Information We Collect and Process

• User account information, such as email address, display name, role, access permissions, and policy-acceptance history.
• Business account, ad account, campaign, Ad Set, Ad, and performance-metric data obtained through APIs authorized by the user.
• Page information and aggregated conversation statistics required for Chat Quality Analysis.
• System settings, notification rules, message-delivery history, and technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.
• When LINE is connected: LINE User ID, display name, profile image, connection status, and notification settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users and control access, provide dashboards, analyze and display advertising data, generate recommendations, deliver summaries or alerts configured by users, maintain security, diagnose errors, and comply with applicable laws.

3. LINE Notifications

Connecting the VisSync LINE Official Account is optional and must be initiated by the user. When enabled, VisSync may send summaries—such as ad account names, Spend, Revenue, ROAS, Inbox, Cost/Inbox—and results from user-defined notification rules to the connected LINE account. We do not send Meta Access Tokens, passwords, or individual conversation content through notification messages. Users may disable notifications or disconnect LINE at any time.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use services necessary to operate VisSync, including Meta Platforms for user-authorized data and permissions; Supabase for authentication, databases, and Edge Functions; Netlify for website hosting; and LINE for notification delivery. These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only when necessary to provide services at the user's direction, to relevant service providers, to authorized account administrators within the user's organization, or when required by law.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, support audits, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption, and server-side secret storage to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. However, no online system can guarantee complete security.

7. User Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your information, or withdraw consent where applicable. You may also disconnect external accounts, disable LINE notifications, or sign out. Withdrawal of consent does not affect lawful processing performed before withdrawal.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make a material change, the system will update the policy version and may require users to accept the updated policy before continuing to use the service.
