These Terms apply to VisSync Demo, available at demo.vissync.co and operated by T Connect Solution Co., Ltd. By registering, accessing the service, or connecting a third-party account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and user accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Access may require administrator approval and may be limited by your organization's permissions or access period.

2. Service scope

VisSync connects, consolidates, displays, and analyzes marketing data from accounts authorized by the user. It may provide reports, forecasts, recommendations, and alerts to support decision-making. Some functions are experimental and may change.

3. Meta and other third-party services

You must be properly authorized to connect each Facebook Page, Business Account, Ad Account, or other asset. Your use is also subject to the terms and policies of Meta, LINE, Supabase, Netlify, and other relevant providers. VisSync is not endorsed by Meta or LINE, and we do not control the availability or modification of third-party APIs.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to access data without authorization, infringe another person's rights, violate applicable law, distribute malware, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or use third-party platform data outside the purposes for which access was granted.

5. Data and decision responsibility

You are responsible for account permissions, configuration, and decisions made using the service. Forecasts, V-Score, Creative Score, and recommendations are decision-support information—not guarantees of revenue, ROAS, or business results. Verify source data before acting.

6. Privacy and deletion

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect an external account or request deletion by following our User Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Intellectual property

VisSync, its marks, interface, software, and materials created by us belong to T Connect Solution or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data and grant us only the rights required to provide the service at your direction.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue functions for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or changes to third-party services. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for a Terms violation, a security risk, unauthorized use, or a legal requirement. Users may request account closure and data deletion through the published process.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that third-party data will be complete or error-free and are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions based solely on an analysis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date and may ask users to accept the revised Terms before continuing.
